REFUND POLICY

 

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

PAPER PATTERNS

 

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, we will exchange or refund printed pattern.

DIGITAL (PDF) PATTERNS

 

Digital patterns are Non-returnable unless there is a problem accessing the files. Before a refund is granted we will try and resolve the issue by sending you a copy of the files using either Email, providing you with a direct link to download the files, or by using a third party file sharing app like ‘We Transfer’.

REFUNDS

 

We only offer refunds on Paper Patterns.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a full refund will be given.

 

EXCHANGES

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange a paper pattern for for the same item, send us an email at patterncutters@gmail.com and send your item to: Pattern Cutters Ltd, 110 Rumblingwell, Dunfermline, FIFE, KY12 9AS, United Kingdom.

 

SHIPPING

 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Pattern Cutters Ltd, 110 Rumblingwell, Dunfermline, FIFE, KY12 9AS, United Kingdom.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
